Team includes 3 seats: you plus two teammates. Each person beyond that is $15/month, prorated from the day you invite them and credited back when you remove them. Pending invitations count as seats so they can be accepted right away.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal. You keep Professional access until the end of your billing period, then move to the free plan — your data stays.

Clients never need an account — they click the link you send and start uploading, no login, ever. Intake never charges your clients. If you add a payment to a request (a retainer or fee, for example), they pay you directly through the portal.

Yes. Every plan can create Public Pages — reusable links anyone can open to send you documents, fill a form, sign a PDF, or pay a fee. Each submission creates a client, so on the free plan the link keeps working until you reach 10 clients; upgrade to Professional for unlimited.

Connect your Stripe account and add payments to any request on any plan. Intake charges a 1% platform fee per successful payment, plus Stripe's standard processing fees. Payouts go straight to your Stripe account.
